Why not add some extra magic to your wedding?
"Besides Actually getting married,
John was the best part of our wedding."
-Sarah Edwards

People love great Magic

Inviting a Magician to your big day can conjure up a real buzz and creates a wonderful talking point. Breaking the ice, allowing guests to meet one another and talk about your wedding for years to come.

Weddings are my favourite event to do, there's nothing quite like performing at, lets face it, the most important day of someones' life.

Down below I’m going to describe a few times during the day that tend to work best as well as answer some common queries about hiring a magician for your wedding.
When to have a Magician at your Wedding?
I've found three options that tend to work best, depending on factors like what else you have going on during the wedding and how many guests you’re inviting etc.

If you want to chat about your specific requirements, just get in touch and I’ll be happy to advise which slot or slots could work best for your wedding.
The Drinks Reception

During the drinks reception at a wedding is a perfect time for me to perform as it will serve as an ideal ice breaker.

Most of the time your guests won’t know each other and magic creates an instant talking point to help break the ice, get people chatting and having fun.

I’ll stroll amongst the groups, bringing people together and introducing guests to one and other. I’m always keeping an eye out for people who seem to be on their own so I can get them involved too.

I will usually perform for groups of around three to six people at a time and mingle through until everyone (who wants to) has seen some magic.
This part of the wedding tends to last around 90 minutes to two hours, but obviously, each wedding is totally different and I can be very flexible with timings.
"We Recently had John come to our Wedding, He blew everyone away. Then he did something I've never seen.
He took my earphones, pinched them in his Magic wizard fingers, then mine and my partners favourite song started playing. He didn't even know we had a favourite song!" - Barney Wright
The Evening Party

Another great time to have me come and keep your guests entertained with some close up magic is after everyone has eaten.

I’ve found that the best time for me to perform is in the gap between the end of speeches and the first dance. Quite often the venue will need some time to turn the room around for the wedding band or DJ and so I’ll fill this gap perfectly.

This part of the day tends to last around 90 minutes so is an opportune time for me to stroll amongst the guests.

You might be having some evening guests that you weren’t able to invite to the meal so I’ll introduce them to the others, breaking the ice and creating a talking point to keep everyone occupied before the evening party gets in full swing.
